Monday session of Dance soup with Katy

Dance Soup was created with people with physical and intellectual disabilities in mind. While we are happy to modify and everyone is welcome in any class, this class is structured on simple movements, slow and steady teaching, and goal-oriented warm ups. Each week is a different genre (including, but not limited to, hip hop, musical theatre, salsa, and K-Pop) with a short combination consisting of skills learned in the warm up to help with memory, focus, and behavior goals.
