Ghost Light (noun.): A single electric light bulb left on a stage overnight when the venue is empty. It serves a practical safety purpose—preventing falls or accidents in the dark—while also acting as a symbol of spiritual superstition and tradition in the performing arts since ancient times.

At Ghost Light Collaborative Arts center, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive, accessible, and empowering space for artistic expression and collaboration through meaningful opportunities for all people to engage with the performing arts – what this means in practice is offering classes that are unique in both content and execution.

We will offer traditional dance, theater, and music classes, workshops and performance opportunities with an inclusive and educated lens. We will do these things with a focus on the financial, physical, and intellectual barriers that some may be unable or not confident enough to confront in order to gain access to wellness, expression and artistic collaboration.
